What cards you
need to get into?
Every two cards
can be used, independently on player`s position
or time. It makes the game more attractive and
more exciting. In practice super- aggressive
approach is, however, unpredictable and very
risky. The main point of super-aggressive
approach is to play as many deals as possible.
Because in this
style a player changes very often his position,
it is difficult to figure out from the Flop what
his next move will be. If there is a
conservative player in game and the Flop counts
745, there is nothing to be worry about. In this
case, 68, 36, or 44 may occur with the same
probability like 7Q.
Further, player
hast to decide, if he wants to get into game. To
make a choice he hast to consider following
problems:
-
Do his cards give him any advantage over his
opponent?
-
Even if it is not the case, there are other
favourable factors. For example: the number of
players, who pass in a particular deal; his
position in deal; the strategy chosen by his
opponents; the opponents` experience or its
lack; the quantity of opponents` stacks.
If you are the
aggressive player, you can win in three
different ways:
-
Nobody calls cards, so that you rake in the
whole pot
-
Somebody calls cards, but you get better cards
-
Somebody calls cards, but he will not get a
Flop. In this case, you win, because your
bluffing was effective.
As mentioned before, you should have strong
poker knowledge and experience, if you want to
succeed in super- aggressive approach. It is not
easy to win and only few experienced players,
like Gus Hansen or Daniel Negreanu, were able to
achieve this goal. Because there is a
possibility to take part in many deals, a player
has a better chance to win a pot. If players
accompanied him are "Fishes", then it is worth
to play. However, you have to save your energy
until the end of play, because it will not come
soon. Every single minute you will have to make
a choice and face other players` choices. A
moment of tiredness, and you may loose
everything what you have already earned.
